So I can listen to the crickets better on a chilly night.
So I can stop listening to the rumination that is as effective and draining as punching water to smooth it.
So I can remind myself that I have yet to think my way out of a single problem
So I can appreciate the light and dark
So I can stop missing life to prevent death
So I can stop clinging
So I can

😊 thank you. I’m in a beautiful space where I’ve been better able to hear me giving guidance and lately doing with my hands is constant. Coloring, writing in my journal, and cooking/baking. All these actions that keep me more focused allowing more stillness and quiet in the monkey brain.
