A Victim Blames, a Warrior Heals

Hurt people hurt people…that’s what you have.

A lot of people who do not take accountability for their emotions, triggers/traumas, and heal. A lot of people did a lot of bad things to other people. A victim blames, a warrior heals.

And when you do the work, you realize how difficult it is to just be. Whether it’s be happy, be peaceful – there’s so much unhappiness and discord in the world that it feels like everywhere you look someone wants you depressed, angry, ashamed, whatever. A victim blames, a warrior heals.

No one can make another do anything. No one has to do anything. That’s what free will is. Free will is constantly choosing your place in this world. It can be listening to and feeding into all of the “bad vibes” or it can be treating yourself the way you want to be treated and naturally – through no effort of your own – you will treat others the way they want to be treated.

This is as logical as put on your sock before you put on your shoe. You cannot be good to others if you aren’t good to yourself. And what you get is a lot of people hurting others while complaining somebody hurt them.

Responsibility is an important word. No one is responsible for the behavior of another who harmed them. Everyone is responsible for healing the pain so they don’t pass it on like a hot potato.

A victim blames. A warrior heals.
